Summary: Change your user information that gets placed inside Word 2003 documents.
Whether you realize it or not, Microsoft Word 2003 records your user information inside documents (check “File” – “Properties” – “Summary” tab for your name), when you add comments (these include your initial), and when you write letters (your address).
Normally, any user information stored inside Word 2003 is keyed in during the setup process. However, if you wish to change this information:
1. Click “Tools” – “Options”.
2. When the “Options” multi-tabbed dialog box appears, click the “User Information” tab.
3. Enter the name, initials, and mailing address you wish Word 2003 to store.
4. Click “OK” to close the dialog box when done.
