Summary: Toggle viewing and/or printing gridlines in the current worksheet in Excel 2007.
By default in Microsoft Excel 2007, cell gridlines (borders) are shown onscreen to supposedly make worksheet editing easier. However, these are not shown on paper as Excel presumes that you will manually create tables and borders as necessary.
If you want to toggle onscreen gridlines for the current worksheet, do the following:
1. Click the “Page Layout” tab in the ribbon at the top of Excel 2007.
2. In the “Sheet Options” group, underneath “Gridlines”, check or uncheck “View” and/or “Print” to toggle gridlines on the screen or on the hard copy.
