Microsoft Word 2003 Miscellaneous - Add a Dividing Line in your Document

Need to quickly add a dividing (or border) line to your Microsoft Word 2003 document to separate paragraphs of text? Don't fool with the toolbar or menu options; just enter three minus signs to display a line:

Three underscores displays a slightly thicker line:

___

Three equals signs displays a double line:

===

Three pound signs turn into three lines with the middle one darker:

###

Three asterisks will convert to a heavy dotted line:

***

And, to get a wavy line:
