Spell Check Words with Numbers

Summary: Force Microsoft Word 2003 to suggest corrections for misspelled words containing numbers.

Depending on your configuration, Microsoft Word 2003 may not check the spellings of words containing numbers. Thus, if you mistakenly type c9mputer instead of computer, no squiggly lines would appear underneath the word.

If you plan on keying a document containing many numbers, you may want Word 2003 to ignore such text, else your document may appear full of red squiggly lines. Otherwise, turning this feature off may help avoid embarrassing spelling mistakes.
