Microsoft Word 2003 Date and Time - Modify Default Date and Time Format

By selecting "Insert" - "Date and Time" and pressing "OK" when the dialog box appears, you can insert the current date and time in your Microsoft Word 2003 document. Word 2003 uses your operating system's date and time format settings by default; if you want to change this:

1. Select "Insert" - "Date and Time".

2. When the "Date and Time" dialog box appears, choose your desired default date and time format.

3. Click the "Default" button.

4. Click "Yes" when prompted to change your default settings.

5. Click "OK" to close the "Date and Time" dialog box.
