Depending on how Microsoft Word 2003 is configured, whenever you click on a menu, not all possible options may be shown. For example, clicking on the "File" menu may only show "Open", "Print", and "Exit", skipping options such as "Save As" or "Properties'. While you can click on the down-arrow to show all available commands, change a configuration option in Microsoft Word 2003 to skip this step.
1. Click "Tools" - "Customize".
2. When the "Customize" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, click the "Options" tab.
3. Check "Always show full menus".
4. Click "Close" to save your settings.
