Microsoft Word 2003 Date and Time - Insert Date and Time

To insert the date and time into a Word 2003 document, there's no need to type it in. Just select "Insert" then "Date and Time" where you want this information to be in your current document. When the "Date and Time" dialog appears, choose the date or time format you want, then press "OK".

One other nice feature is that on this dialog, you can check "Update automatically". This way, every time you open and resave the document, the date and/or time are automatically changed to the current date and/or time.

Press the "print" button on your browser or select "File" - "Print" to print this tip. Then, return to Microsoft Word 2003 Date and Time - Insert Date and Time.
