Save or Close All

Summary: Save or close all open Microsoft Word 97 documents simultaneously.

If you are working on several documents at once, you may want to save or close all of the documents without closing Word. To do so, hold down the SHIFT key and access the "File" menu. The "Save" option will become "Save All" and the "Close" option will become "Close All".
