Summary: Change the capitalization of text in Word 97 documents.
EVER SEEN TEXT LIKE THIS AND WANT TO SCREAM? IF SO, YOU MIGHT WANT TO KNOW OF A WAY IN WORD TO CONVERT THIS TEXT TO THE WAY IT SHOULD BE. JUST HIGHLIGHT THE ALL-CAPPED TEXT AND CHOOSE "FORMAT" FROM THE MAIN MENU, SELECTING CHANGE CASE". ON THE DIALOG BOX THAT APPEARS, SELECT "SENTENCE CASE." Whew! This converts your text to uppercase *and* lowercase as it should be. You may, however, still need to convert proper nouns and names to uppercase, as desired.
If you don't want to go through the menus, just press SHIFT-F3 to toggle through the sentence casing schemes Word provides.
